This two-day course will allow attendees to maximize the value their products provide to customers through proper implementation and coordination of program increments. Students will develop a deep understanding of their role as Product Manager or Product Owner and what to expect from development through the Scaled Agile Framework and Lean-Agile mindset. Attendees will have the skills and tools for managing backlogs and programs in a Lean-Agile enterprise.
