This is a three-day course, where attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE). Attendees will explore skills that are requires to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery. They will also learn how to build high-performing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through leadership and coaching.

The course spends the first two days focused on a more expansive version of Leading SAFe. This expanded take on Leading SAFe will prepare attendees to act as certifying agents and provide their own classes in the future. These first two days will also imbue a deeper understanding of the principles of lean thinking and product development flow regarding enterprise agile transformation.
The second two days will involve a practical understanding of implementing SAFe programs with Agile Release Trains. Further, you’ll have the briefings, artifacts and templates you need to identify the value streams, prepare the organization, launch Agile programs, plan and execute the major events, and implement effective processes and measures for continuous program improvement.
