Course Description:
The Certied Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) course is a two-day, entry-level course taught by a Certied Scrum Trainer®. The CSPO course is designed to cover all the basics of Scrum and also provide a large amount of material devoted to the Product Owner role. Become a true Scrum practitioner with the Scrum Product Owner certication.

A Certied Scrum Product Owner® helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project's overall success. CSPO understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSPO act as "servant leaders," helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. CSPO also protect the team from both internal and external distractions.
