Sherman Wong is an Agilist with a passion for growing teams and fostering an Agile mindset and culture in an organization. As a SAFe SPC, he has served as coach, facilitator, trainer, mentor, and evangelist on successful large scale Agile transformation initiatives. He draws from years of experience in the Agile trenches to provide pragmatic guidance to all levels of the organization from senior stakeholders at the Portfolio level to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and developers at the team level. As a battle hardened PMP and ACP with business acumen gained from experience in consulting, IT, and Product in industries ranging from forestry to telecommunications, Sherman brings a big picture understanding of how to bridge the traditional and Agile gap.

This two-day course will allow attendees to maximize the value their products provide to customers through proper implementation and coordination of program increments. Students will develop a deep understanding of their role as Product Manager or Product Owner and what to expect from development through the Scaled Agile Framework and Lean-Agile mindset. Attendees will have the skills and tools for managing backlogs and programs in a Lean-Agile enterprise.
